Job Description Peoria Full Time Employed New Graduates Average
Patients seen: Maximum 14 patients per day; 60 – 90 minute new
patient evaluations Call Schedule: Rotating call schedule for
dedicated Child & Adolescent facility. No adult call Loan Repayment
Sign-On Bonus Compensation: - $350,000 - $355,000 Based on
experience- Sign-on Bonuses up to $75,000- Up to $25,000 Relocation
package available- $25k Retention Bonuses at year 2 & 4 based on

services offered including counseling, psychiatry, crisis services,
and inpatient behavioral health services all in one location-
Opportunities include 100% outpatient, 100% inpatient or blend of
both inpatient/outpatient responsibilities- Our practice includes
multiple Providers including APPs, Master's level Therapists, and a
Neuropsychologist. - Must be willing to supervise APPs- Outpatient,
IOP, and PHP services all in one facility in addition to an
inpatient capacity of 44 licensed beds- Physician offices located
onsite to increase the efficiency of care- Fully integrated system
with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care
coordination
