Cedar Rapids, Iowa - Weekend Only, Light Volume Provide weekend
call coverage within an established cardiothoracic program
supported by full surgical resources. This role offers manageable
case volume and recurring opportunities throughout the year.
Highlights Weekend-only call coverage Light case volume with
limited weekend cases Ongoing assignment with recurring blocks
Option for full or partial weekend coverage Practice & Cases
Inpatient setting at a Level III hospital Adult-only patient
population Full scope cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgery Mix
of operative cases and consultative call Schedule 1 to 2 weekends
per month Typical coverage spans Friday evening through Monday
morning Additional holiday and vacation coverage available
Consistent weekend scheduling options Requirements Board Certified
in Cardiothoracic Surgery Active Iowa license or open to IMLC
physicians Current ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications Experience
across full cardiothoracic surgical scope Logistics Airfare,
lodging, rental car, and mileage covered Travel arrangements
