Outside Sales Representative
One of Northern Illinois most successful family-owned businesses, Quik-Kill Pest Eliminators is seeking an ambitious and conscientious Outside Sales Representative with three-plus years successful outside sales experience to sell our pest control services to homeowners and businesses through incoming leads, networking, and other creative efforts, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours.
Key responsibilities for our Outside Sales Representatives include:

Cultivate a referral network to generate leads.
Prospect by phone, field canvassing, and other creative methods.
Mine current customer datababase for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Enlist coworkers in prospecting efforts.
Maintain meaningful notes on sales efforts and contacts.
Keep digital records of sales events, appointments, and tasks.
Conscientiously complete sales paperwork.

Attributes that will drive your success as an Outside Sales Representative:

Good written and verbal communication skills
Perceptive of others and good self-manager
Strong knowledge of pest behavior, controls, and regulations
Aptitude to quickly learn and efficiently use technology
Eagerness to learn and continuously improve
