The Account Executive is responsible for completing sales training and establishing new sales within a pre-existing portfolio of accounts. - Fosters key business relationships with potential and existing clients. - Utilizes existing strategies and solutions to increase sales and meet expectations for profitability and client satisfaction.
-What you'll be doing

  • Sells solutions and/or services utilizing existing strategies
  • Establishes new sales opportunities within an assigned portfolio of accounts
  • Develops effective relationships with key client contacts
  • Assists with negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments
  • Assists with negotiating and securing profitable pricing and pay models
  • Builds an understanding of service offerings, industry trends, market activities and competitor strategies
  • Assists with implementing service improvements
  • Produces sales forecasts and other related reports
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
    About youBachelor's degree in business or a related field with a minimum of one (1) year of sales experience is required. - Previous experience in the staffing and/or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable. - A minimum of five (5) years of equivalent combination of post-high school education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

    • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Ability to adapt to the business environment quickly
    • Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
    • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
    • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or related tools
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

      The anticipated salary range for this position is between $48,542 and $88,994. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
      Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs. - Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
