To best support our associates and our culture, Sentry is happy to offer flexible work through scheduled work from home days on Mondays and Fridays with in-office days Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.What You'll DoAs the Operations Technician- CL, you'll perform a variety of processing assistance to underwriting, sales, and customers by handling a variety of tasks that support processing and issuance of our insurance business. In addition, you'll:

• Communicate effectively with underwriting, sales, and customers while providing basic operationsand service to the business and handling tasks that support processing
• Prepare and assemble policies and/or policy changes for mailing or electronic distribution
• Enter, delete, or update driver information per guidelines within the policy administration system
• Perform filing, retrieval, and distribution of various materials and documents in accordance with prescribed departments' systems and practices
• Assist with quality auditing and/or training of new Operations Technicians- CL
• Upload files to content retention systems
• Perform other job-related duties requiring the same general knowledge, skills, and degree of responsibility with assigned level-wide support and administrative assistance to our teamWhat it Takes
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of related work experience
  • Ability to work with detail and accuracy within established deadlines
  • Prior experience in an office setting
  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook
  • Excellent multi-tasking with the ability to take direction from many sources
  • Highly organized and proficient in verbal and written communication
