But, we leave it up to you to shape our future and your career aspirations.May train on and be placed into any production job at the factory including Operator Process, Operator Relief and Operator Line.Effectively troubleshoot equipment, process, or product problems.Maintain knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts, 5S practices and continuous improvement operations.Be able to operate or learn to operate a fork lift truck.Conduct general sanitation activities including being trained in emptying hoppers and baler.Have the ability to run reports and manage data using computer-based technology.Must be open to working any shift, including 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environmentThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $24.07 per hour for Production Operator. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
