Originally producing cereal, the factory became a pet food-only manufacturer in the late
90s and as the largest pet food manufacturing facility in the U.S., it carefully produces, packages, and ships several varieties of our Dog Chow, Puppy Chow, Alpo, Beneful, Purina ONE, Cat Chow, Friskies, and Kit N Kaboodle brands. As the Associate Technician, IT, you will be responsible for basic troubleshooting, routine tasks, maintaining the reliability and functionality of computer hardware and software systems for office users and factory floor systems. This will include coordination of deployment, installation, upgrade, and un-installation of desktop hardware and software.Coordinate and resolve users
requests related to computer hardware and software issues.Provides First level support for office users and systems.Install, configure, performance tune, administer and troubleshoot all in-house computer related hardware and software.Assist with company data backup, disaster recovery, software licensing, security and authorization policies.Perform routine IT tasks.
