Our 2nd, 3rd, or weekend shift opportunities receive an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential. We pay our Members weekly!JOB DETAILSIn an Advanced Maintenance Technician role, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs related to production equipment, plant facilities, and environmental systems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs production and any specialized equipment involving: -

• Hydraulics -
• Pneumatics -
• Power Transmission, Lubrication and Pumps -
• Instrument/Vision Systems (Repair, Install, and Troubleshoot) -
• Piping and plumbing - -
• Electrical Theory -
• Mechanical -Operations -
• Motors, Automation and Robotics -(Maintain and Repair) -
• Paint Oven Process Heating, Paint Oven Controls and TroublesWhat is expected?
  • Safety - comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures; meet the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Environment - Dust, fumes and noise are common; while some facilities are climate controlled, seasonal fluctuations in temperatures and humidity are expectedExperience Needed:
    • Preferably a minimum of -4 -years -of -experience -in an industrial or military setting focusing on -electro-mechanical maintenance, -electrical -and power distribution, -electronics, -pneumatic, hydraulic, -mechanical equipment, motor controls, drives and programmable controllers.Education and/or Required Training:
      • No prior education or training is required.
