Job Description:
Arconic Davenport Works is seeking a Maintenance Group Leader.
The Maintenance Group Leader is accountable for providing
leadership and direction to assigned members of the crew in order
to meet business requirements for the efficient production of metal
in an ABS environment. Under the direction of the Maintenance
Superintendent, the incumbent is responsible to ensure
productivity, safety, quality, improved recovery, reliable and
consistent delivery performance and rapid problem solving in
planned and unplanned cost-effective, customer-centric environment.
These business objectives are accomplished in accordance with the
principles of lean manufacturing, modeling and teaching employees
in a manner that moves the organization toward accomplishing the
target condition. Results can be measured; projects eliminate
waste, secure flow, and create a visual factory; and employees
contribute high levels of discretionary effort.
The Maintenance Group Leader is responsible for:
*** Please note: This position will supervise 8-hour shifts Monday
- Friday (7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, and 11pm - 7am) and will rotate
between shifts every work cycle. ***

This position may require access to export-controlled technology,
as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R.
*730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations
(ITAR). Qualified candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful
permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by
8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or be eligible to obtain the required
authorizations from the relevant government agency. Business
demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are
immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
