Please apply now, call , or email your resume direct to me: My contact information can be found on LinkedIn under Shawn M Troy - Technology Practice Director for Robert Half.Your responsibilities- Create records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities- Solve computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions- Maintain, analyze, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals- Arrange hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors- Administer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems- Communicate regularly and effectively with ticket submitters- Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
