OVERVIEW OF ADOBE'S STUDENT ATHLETE MICRO-INTERNSHIP Do you enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment? If yes, the Strategic Business Operations and Resource Management (STORM) organization within the Office of the CIO could be an excellent fit for you! We are the team that enables Adobe Technology Services (ATS) to run as an efficient organization. In ATS STORM, we craft, implement, and govern our investment strategy. As Business Operations Analyst supporting ATS's STORM team, your business process knowledge and interpersonal skills will help you engage multi-functional teams to understand and implement appropriate business operations improvement opportunities to manage spend optimization strategies and targets. WHAT YOU'LL DO We are building out a new BizOps Center of Excellence and need help analyzing, designing, documenting and leading end to end Business Operations process improvements. You will have an opportunity to share your vision, ideas and influence the future of the team. Additionally, there is a renewed focus on marketing team success, and you will play a role in shaping how people experience us!

• Work closely with the BizOps community to document current as-is processes, identify pain points + process enhancements
• Document and deliver identified process improvements
• Organize disparate BizOps community practices into a central location
• Create BizOps training/onboarding materials
• Identify and develop reporting opportunities to help BizOps community better manage financials, resources and goals/OKRs
• Develop a method to market team success in achieving goals and objectives WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2023 - December 2025
  • We are looking for a candidate currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a technical, finance, marketing or business degree.
  • Experience with tools such as MS Office, Power BI, Vizio, SharePoint, etc.
  • Some practical work or project experience related to improving the user experience or partner engagement
  • Confidence in exploring new ideas and not afraid to fail
  • Strategist and a do-er, willing to roll up sleeves and get stuff done
  • Results-oriented, with ability and interest in learning new technologies and adapting quickly to new requirements and environments

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
