Regulatory Compliance Analyst - CIP will be the primary interface
with FERC, NERC, NERC Regional Entities (MRO, NPCC, RFC, SPP RE,
TRE & WECC), Canadian regulatory authorities (AESO, IESO, MSA & NB
Power) and other regulatory and reliability entities applicable to
Acciona renewable generation assets and control centers. The
Regulatory Compliance Analyst - CIP will be responsible for the
interpretation and monitoring of the different market and
regulatory rules that relate cyber security, otherwise known as
critical infrastructure protection, as they apply to Acciona's
renewable generation assets and control centers to ensure Acciona
has the appropriate systematic preventive measures in place to
maintain compliance with the requirements.
Responsibilities:Maintain the compliance of the Acciona's renewable
generation assets and control centers to applicable FERC Orders,
NERC Reliability Standards, ISO/RTO market rules and other
compliance requirements related to critical infrastructure
protection through research, data collection, analysis, compliance
document organization, and compliance submissions to the
appropriate reliability entities.Data collection, analysis and
submittal for NERC, AESO, IESO or other reliability entities
required self-certifications, data requests, audit data, etc.
related to critical infrastructure protection for Acciona's
renewable generation assets and control centers.Development,
analysis, maintenance and training of Acciona's policies,
procedures, standards and other systematic preventive measures
developed to ensure adherence with applicable compliance
requirements and industry best practices related to critical
infrastructure protection.Collaborate with Acciona's information
and operations technology personnel as the technical expert on
cybersecurity Reliability Standards to develop and maintain
policies that describe required securities and actual
configurations applied to ensure a robust level of physical and
cyber security for the network used in the operation of Acciona's
renewable generation assets.Develop and administer training on
Acciona's established critical infrastructure protection controls
to applicable Acciona personnel who have access to the network used
in the operation of Acciona's renewable generation assets.Prepare
reports and presentation materials on Acciona's compliance
activities related to critical infrastructure protection for
internal and external business partners.Establish, contribute and
manage key performance indicators for Acciona's critical
infrastructure protection program.Conduct audits of Acciona's
renewable generation assets and control centers to determine
compliance with internal and external compliance requirements as
they relate to critical infrastructure protection.Represent Acciona
and participate in various conferences, workshops and industry
groups associated with compliance requirements related to critical
infrastructure protection.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills
and CompetenciesMust pass a personnel risk assessment and seven
year criminal history check.Bachelor's degree in an analytical
field such as engineering, computer science, information
technology, economics or finance.Moderate understanding of network
configuration and protection.Minimum of 2 years of experience in
the electrical industry.Moderate knowledge of electrical
principles.Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving
skills.The ability to multi-task, work under pressure while
consistently delivering on deadlines.Be capable of communicating
(written and verbal) and training on highly technical information
in manner that is comprehensible to stakeholders of various levels
of cyber networking and cyber security knowledge.Must have a valid
Driver's License.Ability to obtain a PassportAbility to speak
Spanish preferredAbility to professionally represent the company
when dealing with external organizations.Ability to travel up to
25% of the time.Proficiency in the use of software programs such as
MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Adobe Acrobat, various databases
and MS Visio.Detail orientation, team building, customer service,
organizational and project management skills required.NERC
certified or experience working in regulatory compliance position,
is a plus.NERC, FERC, and DOE experience is a plus.ACCIONA has been
