For this direct hire opportunity, please apply now - call 319-362-8606 - or email your resume direct to me: my contact information can be found under Shawn M Troy - Technology Practice Director for Robert Half.Your responsibilities in this role- Provide Tier 2/3 problem resolution and support for apps and systems through ticketing system.- Identify people, process, and technology gaps pertaining to system communications by coordinating with cross-functional teams and leveraging end-to-end knowledge. Effectively assess gaps and communicate with all parties to resolve.- Examine and test systems to identify code problems, software errors, work with programmers to correct.- Identify, translate, and document all business requirements, processes and proposed solutions with internal and external parties.- Suggest improvements for IT systems, processes associated with software technology planning, development, implementation, security and interfaces.- Perform feasibility studies, review computer systems capabilities, work flow, schedule limitations, and assist in planning or developing new systems or modifying existing to improve.- Examine business and user requirements, procedures and problems to automate process.- Drive continuous improvement for all system interfaces; continuous training and research to drive modernization and risk mitigation. Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience with systems integration and data platforms.Candidates should have the ability to express complex business concepts in layman or technical terms as required, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with ERP Modules: Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), iProcurement, Purchasing, Payables, Payments, Federal Administrator, General Ledger, Projects, Receivables, Billing, etc.Experience with one of the following: Oracle, Fourth Shift, DBA, E2, BPCS, Infor LX, iSupplier, LoftwareA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Management Information Systems OR, in lieu of degree, equal work experience is preferred.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do. -Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
