  Pay Structure:
  
  • 
    
  • Dry Van: .42 - .52 CPM, depending on experience, plus benefits
    
  • Flatbed: .45 - .55 CPM, depending on experience, plus benefits
    
  • .01 CPM anniversary pay based on safety and KPI's
    
  • $100 paid orientation, 1 day
    
  • $100/Day Breakdown Pay after a full day
    
  • Weekly Pay
    
  • Headsets and some clothing provided
    
  • $25 extra stops, $75 layover past 24 hours, $75 NYC
    
  • $20 detention per hour after 3 hours, if Paid by Customer
    
  • Tolls paid
    
  • Dry Van: Paid on TMS Miles (similar to Rand HHG)
