They oversee all aspects of the territory, ensuring that our agency partners' needs and ICC's objectives are met.Essential FunctionsEvaluating new business and renewal submissions; accepting or rejecting through exposure verification and loss controlConsidering profitability and loss ratio within underwriting territory through effective pricingQuoting and/or issuing endorsements beyond authority of team membersDeveloping and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with agents and their staff, and responding timely to inquiries, requests, and issuesQualificationsFour-year degree in insurance or related field of study, or comparable experienceKnowledge of and ability to apply appropriate mathematical functions to make projections and identify and analyze problemsIntermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Word and OutlookAbility to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and schedule formRewardsThe ability to have a direct impact on the success of a small, but growing organizationOpportunities to grow and advance through our Personal Professional Development ProgramParticipation in a comprehensive health plan, flexible work schedule, remote work opportunities, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and Profit Sharing Bonus program!
