Prepares correspondence, and processes incoming and outgoing mail to include opening, sorting, date stamping, imaging, indexing, distributing, and narrating on computer records. Assists in the training of other clerical personnel. Provides limited PC support and coordinates equipment maintenance. Maintains paper and electronic documents and filing systems. Utilizes imaging and scanning equipment, indexes necessary forms in virtual folders in a predetermined sequence. Initiates necessary computer documents on all appropriate cases in establishing computerized master records. Contacts other agencies and customers to make inquiries and gather information. Provide customer service at the front desk and by phone. Perform administrative duties according to agency policies and procedures, so that office personnel needs are met. Will be expected to back up other clerical staff when requested to do so. Provides supervisory assistance as well as other general administrative duties.
