• Answer requests for auto prices and availability, schedule appointments for customers to meet with our dealership's sales team and service appointments for auto maintenance and repairs, and more.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assignedQualifications - Auto BDC Appointment Setter:
  • Auto BDC, customer service or call center experience is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills
  • Good computer skills and work ethic
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Must be able to work ON-SITE
