Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Technical Lead Location: Chicago, IL / Open for remote Travel/Relocation/Remote: Yes Capgemini---is seeking for Sr. Salesforce Technical Lead ResponsibilitiesAtleast 8 - 10 years of experience in managing medium and large scale Salesforce implementation and support projects Good knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Salesforce Technical SME offering best practice advice and recommendations to clients on systems architecture CRM strategy technical design and Dev Ops Leads technical requirements gathering and or design workshops for complex projects Perform fit gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements Architects and develops creative solutions and design that solve client s business and technical problems Determine appropriate use of configuration and customization Leads and facilitates project discovery to define business functional and technical requirements Defines business processes using CRM SFDC best practices identify and mitigate technical risk Develops data integration migration and deployment strategies Lead Proof of Concepts and technical solutioning Works with clients to understand their needs provide meaningful solutions and build strong relationships Excellent Customer Interaction engagement skills Good team management and problem solving skillsRequired skillsSalescloud Salesforce Marketing cloud ApexLightening About CapgeminiCapgemini is a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology.
