- A, B, & C LevelsWe are looking for experienced Injection Molding
Machine Maintenance Mechanics.--Individuals in these positions will
perform mold installation/removal, machine maintenance and
repair.--Must be able to work 12 hour continuous operation, every
other weekend scheduled off (Friday
-Saturday-Sunday).Requirements:* Be able to troubleshoot
injection-molding machines for mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic,
electrical and other failures.* Read complex hydraulic, pneumatic
and electrical schematics and use them in troubleshooting
problems.* Be able to set molding dies and prepare the entire
machine for production.--Be knowledgeable to troubleshoot mold
operations and perform repairs.* Working knowledge of three-phase
electricity, diagnosis of electrical and electronic circuits, PLC
troubleshooting and programming.* Candidates for Level A must have
a minimum of 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.*
Candidates for Level B and C will be designated based on
experience.Compensation:$18.90 per hour and up commensurate with
experience / qualifications.
