Join Cerebral Staffing, LLC on site at our client John Deere in East Moline, IL as a Team Leader (Variable Shift)!Location: East Moline, ILDuration -of Role: - 1+ yearsPay: -$53.85/ hourlyHours: 3rd shift (9:30pm-6am) and 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) with OT. Need to be flexible to work variable shifts as neededVisa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position. -DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage daily manpower through operator certification and cross-trainingManage Daily Time CardsEscalate problems through cross-functional resources and leadership to ensure on-time delivery, distinctive product quality, and a safe environment for their dept.Manage and facilitate Continuous Improvement activitiesREQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in related or equivalent work experienceMicrosoft Office experienceDESIRED:

Experience in managing people - Strong communication skillsPrevious experience in a union environmentAdditional notes:Metatarsals required for first day. Current Location must be listed on the resume to be consideredPowered by JazzHR
