Essential Position Duties:

• 
  
• Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
  
• Maintains staff by selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
  
• Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
  
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing company standards and adhering to legal regulations.
  
• Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning, and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
  
• Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
  
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  
• Powder Paint knowledge or experience and procedures.
  
• Weak Point Knowledge, escape preventions and root cause, to be able resolve problems.

  -About the work environment:
  Works in a factory setting. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in accordance with Company policy. For forklift operation, required to obtain and maintain Forklift Driver Certification through the Company and operate the forklift in a safe manner. Required to stand for long periods of time and manually lift/move/manipulate parts up to 50 pounds or use cranes/hoists to move heavier materials. Temperatures may be extreme; elevated in the summer, cold in the winter. Needs to be able to cope with stressors and demands that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable and defined levels of performance are maintained.

  • An Associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
    
  • Two or more years of experience in a supervisory/management role is preferred.
    
  • Two or more years of employee work experience in the specified discipline is required.

      About the total compensation package:
      Salary -
      Salaries ranging from $54,000 - $69,000 per year
      Relocation - - This position may qualify for relocation.
