-ABOUT YOU
---- You have a strong food background with a minimum of 6 years of experience in an executive chef role
---- You are well versed in restaurant tasks going beyond kitchen operations
---- Your culinary school degree or equivalent has been beneficial to your career (preferred, but not required)
---- You're personable with excellent leadership skills and coaching techniques
---- You've participated in pre-opening restaurant recruitment, policy design and menu planning
---- You're extremely knowledgeable in P&L concepts and have basic understanding of P&L tools
---- Feedback is okay with you, and you receive it well
---- Your organization skills are top notch
---- You've been known to problem solve and reason with efficiency and tact
---- You demonstrate integrity, diplomacy and a commitment to company values and HR principles
---- You have the ability to present yourself with professionalism and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and business ethics

-ABOUT THE JOB
---- Manage operations and culinary teams: food execution, quality and technique
---- Track food costs while holding vendors accountable for providing standard cost-effective products
---- Improve and create new menus
---- Standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
---- Audit kitchen purchasing for all units
---- Implement and maintain culinary excellence standards
---- Possess a comprehensive understanding of food reconciliation programs and implementation
---- Serve as food safety and food sanitation expert within the culinary division
---- Oversee quality and regulatory compliance
---- Perform regular audits on premises: recipe and plating adherence, portioning, tasting, ---- Maintain and review at a global level: staff evaluation, pre-shifts, line checks, training calendar
---- Review chef reporting and weekly calls with directors as needed
---- Act as liaison between corporate and franchise operations teams to ensure food safety compliance and proper documentation
---- Responsible for BOH during all new team openings
---- Train and onboard chefs in respective departments
