Job Description Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a
travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in
Boscobel, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:
Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP -
Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights -
Employment Type: Travel - Shift Requirements: 12hr NOC shift -
Required Certifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS - Minimum
Experience: 2yr in MS, previous tele experience (must be able to
interpret TELE strips) - Unit Information: 10 bed unit, not
normally full. Normal day shift ratio is 2-3:1, could flex up to
4-5:1. Critical access hospital. General med surg, pre and post-op
patients, also see a lot of outpatient pts from infusion or
injection. - COVID Vaccine required (exemptions will be considered)
- BEDS:10 - candidate must start medical portion of compliance
within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hrs for a quick start
