Requirements - Specialty: Hospitalist - Discipline: Nurse
Practitioner - Duration: Ongoing - 84 hours per week - Shift: 12
hours, days - Employment Type: Staff - Join an established,
dynamic, and talented team of Physicians and Advanced Practice
Providers working in a collaborative environment focused on
patient-centered care - Full time dayshift opportunity working a
7on/7off schedule with hours 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Open to nurse
practitioners and physician assistants with at least one year of
inpatient experience - APP team collaborates with hospitalist
physicians to care for inpatients with a focus on admission support
- Fully integrated Epic EMR to improve care coordination - Holiday
shifts required during shift weeks and up to half the legal
holidays per year - Shift differential for nights, weekends, and
holidays - Hospital is a 210-bed that has been providing care for
the Peoria community for over 60 years. - Excellent benefits
