Job Description:
Thriveworks is seeking a compassionate and capable Licensed
Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you
will provide both in-person and online counseling services to a
diverse clientele, helping them navigate various mental health
conditions. As a committed professional, you will contribute to our
mission of delivering high-quality mental health services that
promote personal growth and mental wellbeing across the U.S. You
will collaborate with a team of experienced therapists and access
our innovative resources to best serve the mental health needs of
your clients. Conduct psychological assessments to determine client
needs and treatment plans. Provide individual, couple, and group
therapy sessions. Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships
with clients. Stay informed about new therapies and approaches in
mental health care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
as needed to provide comprehensive care. Maintain client
confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical guidelines.
Regularly update client records and utilize practice management
software for scheduling. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques and modalities
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Comfortable
using telehealth platforms Capable of developing tailored treatment
plans Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current state license as a Mental Health Therapist or equivalent
Certified in CPR and First Aid Additional certifications in CBT,
DBT, or EMDR are advantageous
