Job Description Interventional/Structural Cardiology Opening - Cedar Rapids, IA Position Details Full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling and dedicated administrative time Mix of inpatient and outpatient care Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Shared call rotation among providers EPIC EMR integrated across clinics and hospital Established team of 15 physicians and 8 Advanced Practice Providers Subspecialty coverage includes interventional cardiology, structural heart disease, peripheral vascular, and electrophysiology Outreach clinics in Anamosa, Manchester, and 3 other nearby communities Built-in referral base through large multi-specialty group Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-based environment Evaluate, interpret, and coordinate clinical information to make appropriate care decisions Maintain excellent communication and problem-solving skills to enhance patient outcomes Support and contribute to a culture of continuous quality improvement Qualifications MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology with fellowship training in Interventional/Structural Cardiology Ability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa Current and unrestricted DEA and state prescribing authority Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) J-1 waiver sponsorship available Benefits Details Initial 2-year salary guarantee with opportunity to exceed through innovative compensation plan Attractive incentive package Comprehensive Total Rewards benefits, including: - Generous time off and CME allowance - Malpractice insurance - Retirement contributions - Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility - Free third-party service for loan restructuring and consolidation Dedicated provider resources to promote work-life balance Inclusive and supportive organizational culture Community Details Cedar Rapids, IA Cedar Rapids, known as The City of Five Seasons, is Iowa s second-largest city and an economic and cultural hub in Eastern Iowa.
