Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Cedar Rapids, IA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,446 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, 52402! Job Title: Case Manager Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Case Management experience required License: State License Required Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - At least 1 travel contract completed - Proof of taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility Description: This position offers same-day interviews. Please prepare qualified candidates to receive a call. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. This is a home health/home care position. A supervisory reference is required at the time of submission. Candidates must provide proof of taxable address for verification purposes. Rotating weeknight call from 4:30 PM - 8:00 AM is expected. Weekend requirements include specified duties as outlined. All travelers will be required to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year, or Thanksgiving).
