Doctor of Medicine | Dermatology Location: Davenport, IA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a full-time Dermatologist to join a growing outpatient practice in Davenport, Iowa. This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape a new dermatology practice alongside an experienced colleague, serving a broad patient population across the Quad Cities area. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatologic care, including medical, surgical, and procedural dermatology Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers within a large integrated health system Participate in building a new practice with guidance and support from a seasoned dermatologist Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a full-time employed position Contribute to practice growth and development in a high-demand specialty Requirements MD or DO degree Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Dermatology (note expected certification date if Board Eligible) Eligible for or holding an Iowa medical license Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) Clean malpractice history Willingness to participate in building a new practice Benefits Competitive salary aligned with market rates $100,000 commencement bonus for qualified candidates Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance CME allowance and paid time off Relocation assistance for out-of-area candidates Support from a physician-led medical group with robust administrative infrastructure Additional Notes: Full-time outpatient clinical role Minimal weekend or on-call requirements expected
