Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift cardiac
medical/surgical unit position requiring an active IL RN license,
BLS, and Epic EMR proficiency. Responsibilities - Work in a cardiac
medical/surgical unit within a hospital setting - Night shifts from
7:00pm to 7:30am, three 12-hour shifts per week - Care for adult
cardiac patients - Epic EMR charting is required - No local
candidates; must reside at least 50 miles from the facility - Time
off requests are limited to 7 total days per 13 week contract -
Staff are required to provide direct cardiac patient care and
complete thorough documentation - First-time travelers are welcome
to apply - Scrub color or dress code requirements are not specified
- Returning travelers may not work more than one consecutive year
and must have a six-month break before returning Requirements -
Active Illinois RN license in good standing; temporary license
accepted - Current BLS certification from the American Heart
Association - Minimum one year of recent relevant nursing
experience in a cardiac or similar acute care setting - Experience
using Epic EMR - Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
