Doctor of Medicine | Otolaryngology Location: Peoria, IL Employer: Curative Pay: $275 to $315 per hour Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pediatric ENT Locums in Illinois - 10 Shifts Monthly Join a pediatric ENT team in Illinois with flexible blocks and long-term potential starting early 2026. Highlights 10 shifts/month; block scheduling available Licensing costs reimbursed Long-term contract option Credentialing in ~90 days Practice Setting Pediatric-only population at a Level I trauma center Team includes 2 pediatric ENT surgeons and 2 PAs EPIC EMR Schedule OR: 7:30 AM-3 PM or 8 AM-5 PM Clinic: 8:30 AM-3:30 PM 12-hour call shifts with 30-min response Weekday and weekend mix available Cases and Procedures Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, myringotomy with tubes Frenulectomy, laryngoscopy, abscess drainage Myringoplasty, septum cauterization, foreign body removal Requirements Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatric Otolaryngology Active Illinois license or willing to apply (site reimburses) ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, CSR required Travel Accommodations Flights, lodging, rental car, and mileage fully covered Licensing support is available; let us know if you're ready to lock in shifts before schedules fill.
