Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Special Procedures Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 9 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n Technologist - Interventional Radiology (IR) /n/n Job Details: /n • 16 hours guaranteed per week /n• On-call schedule: 6-8 days including every 4th weekend /n• Overtime billable after 40 hours per week (36-40 hrs/week standard, OT after 48 hrs/week) /n• Holiday pay at 1.15x multiplier /n• Call back pay at 1.5x multiplier with 2-hour minimum /n• On-call rate: $9/hour /n• Charge/precept differential: $6/hour /n• 24 months of interventional vascular/IR lab experience in hospital or medical center setting required /n• Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL experience in hospital or medical center setting preferred /n• Experience and proficiency in Endovascular procedures preferred /n• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA) /n• Iowa state license required /n• Valid driver's license required /n• EMR system: EPIC /n• Clinical interview pre-screening required /n• Skills checklist specific to discipline required /n• Professional reference from charge/supervisor/manager within 24 months preferred /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center providing advanced interventional radiology services and cardiac catheterization procedures.
