Home Health RN Nursing Home Health Full-Time M-F 8 hours
Experience: At least one year of experience as a professional nurse
within the past three years in an acute care setting. License: IL
license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Experience in home health,
IV therapy, ER, or oncology preferred. Cardiac or wound
certification preferred. Description: Provide nursing care to
patients in their homes. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed. Monitor patient progress and identify any changes in
condition. Educate patients and families on health management and
care plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality
patient care. Mileage between visits will be paid. Availability for
every third weekend and rotating holidays is required. No local
candidates within a 50-mile radius are considered for this
