Shifts Available) Job Summary We are currently seeking a dedicated
and motivated CT Technologist to join our radiology team at a
well-established critical access hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
This opportunity is open to both experienced professionals and new
graduates who have passed their boards. A structured 3-month
training program will be provided to help new grads confidently
transition into independent practice. Key Responsibilities -
Perform CT imaging procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams - Collaborate with
radiologists and healthcare providers for optimal care delivery -
Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed - Document
procedures and maintain patient records in the system
Qualifications - Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology
program - Passed board exams; CT certification preferred but not
required - New graduates welcome (3-month training provided) -
Strong communication and patient care skills - Willingness to be
on-call for holidays (minimal) Available Shifts - Night Shift 1:
Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Night Shift 2:
Wednesday–Friday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Day Shift: Monday–Thursday,
9:00 AM – 7:30 PM (4x10s) Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Based
on experience (higher if CT certified) - Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
(paid over 4 years with a 4-year agreement) - Relocation Support:
