We are looking to hire a FT Interventional Rad Tech - Cath Lab.As a FT Interventional Rad Tech - Cath Lab at MercyOne, you will:

• Be responsible for performing exams and assist physicians during cardiovascular, peripheral vascular, electrophysiology and interventional radiology procedures
• Perform patient assessments and hemodynamic monitoring during a procedure
• Cover general diagnostic exams, surgery procedures -Schedule:
  • Day Shift
  • Every 3rd weekend
  • Holiday rotation
  • On CallGeneral Requirements/Licensures:
    • Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology Program
    • Must be licensed by the Iowa Department of Public Health and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and maintain a current status
    • Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training is required within 6 months of hire and every 3 years thereafter
    • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) will be required within 30 days of hire and every 2 years thereafter
    • Must have basic ECG/ arrhythmia and, hemodynamics courses within six months
    • ACLS within one year
