Job Description:
Join our compassionate home care team as a Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN) and make a meaningful difference in patients'
lives.
Provide skilled, home-based nursing care within the greater Dayton
area, following physician orders and monitoring patient
progress.
Educate families, promote safety, and help reduce
re-hospitalizations through preventative care and clear
communication.
Work independently with a flexible schedule, earning incentives
based on visits, with mileage reimbursement and benefits.
Requirements include an active LPN license, minimum one-year acute
care experience, a valid driver--------s license, and physical
capability.
