Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance
Coordinator to ensure the quality and compliance of peer review
case reports.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure
compliance with client specifications
Verify clinical citations and references, ensuring they are current
and from reputable sources
Assist in resolving client complaints and quality assurance issues
as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of clinical
or related field experience preferred
Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims
management
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and
medications
Ability to operate general office equipment and multiple software
programs
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
