Job Description:
*SIGN ON BONUS*This location is looking for a Registered
Dietitian (RD)- in either a Full Time or 1099 Contract
position.FT-4 communities in the area; plus a few more if willing
to travel 1-2 hours plus ALF.Must have NDTR/RD credential awarded
from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.DiningRD is actively
seeking a Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled
nursing facilities and/or behavioral health. Are you interested in

reading!KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED
TO:Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAADocumentation for
residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.Participation in
the care planning process.Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary
Team.Provide oversight to the food service department with routine
audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of
food.QUALIFICATIONS:Commission on dietetic registration (CDR)
credentials.Licensed (if required by State)2 years of
consulting/long term care is preferred, but we will consider many
factors.Demonstrate ability to meet our core values (Customer
