In the role of Account Executive, the AE will support the Director of Sales in mentoring the Branch Clinical Respiratory Sales team in building relationships with referral sources such as: Physicians, Case Managers, Respiratory Therapy Departments, Dietitians, Payors, Providers, Corporations, Unions and Managed Care organizations. Responsibility includes assessing opportunities and utilizing internal and external resources to solidify relationships that will increase profitable net revenues to meet budget objectives. The successful candidate should be proficient in all phases of hospital based respiratory sales or relatable industry such as Home Health, Infusion etc. The ideal candidate will be experienced with increasing referrals through promotion of core services to demanding referral sources as well as ability to meet or exceed budgeted goal through focused business initiatives and mentoring the Branch Clinicals Respiratory Liaison sales team.Requirements:Experience working with health systems selling respiratory servicesMust have medical sales experienceA respiratory therapist with a current RCP state licensure is a mustValid driver's license and good driving record of 3 years minimumExcellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
