Details For this Opportunity: -Open to experienced primary care, hospitalists, geriatricians and other specialists comfortable with the chronically ill -Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with limited call - Direct multidisciplinary team of APP's, RN managers, Pharmacists, Social workers, Nutrition, Behavioral health, nutrition, and others - See 4-6 high acuity patients in their homes roughly 3 days per week with 2 days support/admin -Total compensation in the range of $300,000 or better with additional comprehensive benefits and $20,000 sign-on -Quad Cities location options To learn more about this perm position, reply with an updated CV.
