Experience:

--- 48 months of role experience is required.

--- 49 months of Nurse Management experience is required.

--- 3 months of experience with Cerner is required.

Requirements:

--- Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

--- Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

--- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

--- Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Information:

12 Hours Shifts - Days 6AM - 6PM (weekends). 24 hours per week.

Rotating schedule:

Week 1 & 2 = 48 hours supervision

Week 3 & 4 = 24 hours supervision / 24 hours staff nurse

Week 5 & 6 = 24 hours supervision / 24 hours staff nurse

Supervisory experience required.

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AS STAFF NURSE IN MED/SURG OR ED when not acting as House Supervisor.
