Our services, amenities, and excellent staff make Kahl Home a premier nursing facility in the Quad Cities.We are looking for an Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA.** PERDIEM positions available **Kahl Home can offer you:Competitive CompensationNext-Day Pay OptionEmployee Assistance ProgramCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA Job Summary:Prepares and provides treatments and activity programs for residents under the supervision of an OTR.Assists with data collection and evaluation under the supervision of the OTR.Completes required documentation, develops treatment goals, and coordinates treatment plans under the supervision of the OTR.Responds to requests made by nursing and other related disciplines in order to assure appropriate resident care (provision of equipment, positioning, etc.).Adapts intervention environment, tools, materials, and activities according to the needs of the individual.Communicates and interacts with team members and the resident's family or caregivers.Maintains equipment area, equipment, and supply inventory as required.
