This full-time position requires working 7 days on and 7 days off doing visits as needed in our patients homes. The hours are Monday-Thursday 5pm-8am and every other weekend Friday 5pm through Monday at 8am. The RN - Registered Visit Nurse (hospice) position is a nurse who administers skilled nursing care to clients requiring professional nursing services in their homes and teaches/supervises the family and other members of the nursing team.
