SummaryAbout the Position: Serves as the primary Operations and
Business Analyst, Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) and
key executive advisor on operations and oversight at one or more
Government Owned, Contract-Operated (GOCO) installations across the
country.This job is open to Career transition (CTAP, ICTAP,

Serve as the primary program manager and key executive advisor on
operations and oversight at a Government Owned Contractor Operated
(GOCO) installation.Lead team through critical review of all
aspects of the Joint Munition Command HQs and assigned GOCO mission
operations in support of process improvements.Serve as a senior
Joint Munitions Command manager for assigned business policies and
procedures at a Government Owned Contractor Operated
installation.Determine efficiency and effectiveness of current
programs to identify areas for improvement.Implement plans for
developing and refining new operating contractor performance
management strategies.Requirements Conditions of Employment
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness
determination, as determined by a completed background
investigation.This position requires a Secret Clearance.This
position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure
Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.This is an Army
Acquisitions, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. You must
meet requirements for Practitioner level certification at in
Acquisitions Career Field Program Management within 60 months of
entrance on duty.This is a Critical Acquisition Position. Selectee
must be an Acquisition Corps (AC) member at the time of permanent
selection or have been granted a waiver. Also, must agree to remain
in Federal service in the position for at least 3 years.A one year
