• And more!Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Activity Director, you will be responsible for our residents' emotional and social wellbeing. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they expect by implementing and directing activity programs that meet their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs. You will oversee all aspects of the Activity Department, participate in resident care conferences, and develop new activity programs to keep up with trends and industry standards. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail will help ensure residents are comfortable and safe.QualificationsApplicants should have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as an Activity Aide and/or Activity Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a director or managerial role
