Meadowview of Davenport has a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Director to join our team! Meadowview of Davenport opened in early 2023 and has 106-units for residents including independent living, assisted living, and memory care options. For your dedication, this position will include a $5,000 bonus.Our ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills as you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to ensure high quality care is given to our residents through goal setting and long-term growth. You will also maintain overall responsibility and management of the community - monitor the delivery of services for the residents, assist in developing programs to meet residents' needs, be responsible for the fiscal budget, and adhere to policies, procedures and regulations.This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position.Executive Director Responsibilities:

• Utilize high level of collaboration skills with department directors to implement processes for resident care, dietary needs, maintenance and safety.
• Ensure positive engagement between staff, residents, families, guests by fostering an open door atmosphere.
• Oversee staff development, hiring practices, in-service training sessions, performance feedback, and promote a strong teamwork environment.
• Lead sales and marketing initiatives to attract potential residents that will meet or exceed occupancy and service-offerings expectations at Meadowview of Davenport.
• Maintain on-going liaison relationships with greater Johnston communities, businesses and educational institutions to enhance Meadowview of Davenport's existence.
• Maintain impeccable files to ensure compliance with proper documentation.
• Participate in development of strategic long-range plans for the community and Cassia. Will be responsible for financial management.Executive Director Skills and Requirements:
  • BA or BS degree in Health, Gerontology or Business Administration or similar.
  • Previous RN experience is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in business management.
  • 5+ years' staff supervisory/team leadership experience.
  • IA Certification for Residential Care Facilities/Assisted Living or willing to obtain upon hire.
  • Demonstrated success with prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Possess current knowledge of legal requirements related to property management, senior housing, or home health care or hospitality senior management.Benefits:
