• Develop and implement financial strategies aligning with the company's business objectives.
  
• Lead the finance team in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards and legislation.
  
• Collaborate with senior management to identify strategic initiatives and establish financial policies and procedures.
  
• Play a key role in capital structure management, financial risk management, and treasury.
  Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration; preferably an MBA or relevant graduate degree.
  
• Minimum of 7 years of experience within Finance; preferably in the casino, hospitality, or resort industry.
  
• Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
  
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
