  • Maintain positive relations with Customer
  • Attend meetings with Customer as required
  • Monitor all safety concerns
  • Assist in budget review
  • Facilitate proper staffing levels for factory production
  • Communicate overall operation status as needed to upper management
  • Facilitate new/expanding business opportunities
  • Communicate with Customer through e-mail, phone and face-to-face correspondence
  • Comply with all OSHA and site-specific PPE & safety requirements
  • Support the company's relationship with the customer, especially pertaining to Achieving Excellence Program
  • Work toward continuous improvement
  • Stay current with changing technology
  • Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and proceduresReporting to this position: SupervisorsQualifications: To perform this job successfully, the Operations Manager must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill and ability required.Education/Experience:Required:
    • Four-year degree in Business Management or related job experience
    • Solid understanding of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) operations
    • Previous customer service experience
    • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)Preferred:
      • Four years of management experience, preferably in warehouse/production industry
