Job Description:

We are looking for a service-oriented, experienced Manager to manage our high volume restaurant location. This is an exciting opportunity to create memorable experiences for our customers, continually improve our quality of service and help our team reach their full potential.


Some details about the job:


* Ensure incoming staff complies with company policy

* Train staff to follow company procedures

* Maintaining safety and food quality standards

* Keeping customers happy and handling complaints

* Supervising daily shift operations

* Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed

* Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations

* Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste

* Appraising staff performance

* Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels




Requirements:


* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous restaurant experience

* Prior work as a manager or supervisor

* Success with customer service

* Training in food safety

* Experience with long shifts

* Financial literacy

* Ability to keep inventory organized


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
