Manager will expand the customer base by building relationships
with contractors and construction companies. They will pitch Forge
+ Build products and services, maintain and nurture existing
customer relationships by providing excellent service, and keep
them up-to-date on new products. They will effectively manage
complaints and inquiries in a prompt manner. They will be expected
to consistently develop new sales strategies and techniques to
increase the overall Forge + Build market share and improve the
customer experience.Primary ResponsibilitiesPresent and sell Forge
+ Build products and servicesMaintain monthly sales quotas and
customer experience ratingsConsistently go out of your way to
assist potential and current customersMust be able to easily pitch
to large groups and to ask for the close of the saleNeeds to be
comfortable with cold calling new prospectsCollaborate with the
General Manager on territory sales initiativesAbout YouOur mission

change.Skills & QualificationsMusthave at least 3 years of outside
sales experienceMust be able to physically visit locations within
assigned territoryPrevious sales experience in the construction
industry preferredGeneral knowledge of the construction industry a
plusExcellent written and oral communication skills neededAble to
adapt quickly and thrive in a fast pace environmentAble to overcome
sales objectionsMust be able to drive and maintain a valid driver's
licenseMust be able to lift a minimum of 15 lbsMay be subjected to
extreme outside temperatures while helping customers with
