We are currently seeking an Activities Director!The Activity Director is responsible for planning and executing activities and events for the residents.Responsibilities include:Plan and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly events to encourage socialization and resident retentionSet up and cleanup for all eventsPurchase supplies and giveaways for residents through the reimbursement processContact outside sources to provide additional activities and outingsSecurely store and inventory company property that is used for eventsAssist with monthly newslettersAdhere to and enforce all safety proceduresCollect feedback to gauge the success and impact of the eventEnsure that events are well-provisioned, the event staff is trained and prepared, and that the event takes place on time and within budgetRequirements:Experience planning and executing eventsCustomer Service experienceProficient communication, marketing, and organizational skillsWork independently with the ability to apply sound judgmentAbility to operate within established budgetAbility to maintain rapport with staff and residentsAdditional Information: Experience with professional case management and elderly/disabled social services preferred.Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry.
